Jillian Howard is an associate in the Squire Sanders Labor & Employment Practice Group. Her experience includes advising and representing clients in a range of issues including unfair dismissal, adverse action and discrimination claims. Jillian assists businesses in complex discrimination cases and provides strategic advice on employee terminations. She regularly provides strategic advice on the termination of employment of senior executives. She also has experience in drafting and reviewing terms and conditions of employment agreements, executive service agreements, and policies and procedures.

She was involved in a significant reorganisation exercise for a client involving the centralisation of its offices, the introduction of new employment arrangements and the termination of a collective agreement and Australian workplace agreements.

Jillian has provided training on a variety of employment issues and was a speaker at the NHS National Equality and Diversity Conference.
