Jill Davidson’s practice focuses on finance transactions, frequently for clients based outside of the United States. Jill concentrates on traditional asset and structured finance, as well as innovative and complex structures in various sectors including transportation and energy facilities. 

Jill is the author of several articles published in Financial Times and has appeared on the BBC and major US television networks.

Representative Experience

• Representing Orhan Holding A.S. in its successful bid and subsequent stock and asset purchase of a global hose and tube manufacturing business from Dana Corporation (then in bankruptcy).
• Representing Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français in the restructuring and spinoff of Eurostar from an unincorporated joint venture to a stand-alone entity and advising on the subleasing of high-speed trains.
• Representing an energy company in Denmark on a bid for the network assets of an energy company in the Netherlands. 
• Representing a Portuguese government-related entity in several terminations of big-ticket lease financings.
• Representing a bank based in France on the securitization of receivables for a global steel producer.
