Jeffrey Grossfeld focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. He has experience with appellate matters before the Florida Supreme Court, Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Jeffrey has worked on a variety of matters including complex contract disputes, product defect and liability claims, shareholder derivative and class actions, and litigation involving commercial development and the financial services industry.

In his spare time, Jeffrey serves on the Young Alumni Committee of the University of Miami School of Law Alumni Association and is also a Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami Committee Member.
