John Fisher’s practice focuses on litigation matters.

As a judicial extern for The Honorable Michael H. Watson of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, John researched legal issues, wrote analysis memoranda and drafted opinions for motions for summary judgment.

John also worked as a temporary staff attorney for The Honorable Guy L. Reece II of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. In that position, John drafted opinions for motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, motions to vacate and discovery motions.

John served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves from 2002 to 2008 and participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2005.
