Jesús Carrasco Partner

Jesús Carrasco is a partner in our Madrid office and a member of our international dispute resolution and litigation practices. His particular expertise covers arbitration and litigation including cross-border litigation, construction and property matters, intellectual property, sports and bankruptcy proceedings. He also advises construction companies and developers in pre-contentious issues, and has experience in distribution and agency contract disputes.

Jesús has prior experience serving as a judge. He is listed in Chambers Global 2012 as a leading individual for dispute resolution. He is noted in Chambers Europe 2012 "for his complete dedication and availability, as well as his solution-oriented approach," and in Chambers Global and Chambers Europe 2010 as a “dedicated and knowledgeable” lawyer.

Jesús is a frequent speaker at business and law schools on bankruptcy and unfair competition law matters. He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
