Jeff Coleman focuses his practice on general corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, federal and state securities law compliance, and corporate governance issues for publicly and privately held companies in a variety of industries.

Jeff joined Squire Sanders, where he was a summer associate, directly following law school. His prior legal experience includes clerking for a law firm that primarily handles workers' compensation matters and serving as an intern with the in-house legal department of a major insurance company.
