Jean-Marc Sainsard is the head of our Labour & Employment Practice Group in our Paris office. His particular expertise covers in particular the negotiation and conclusion of collective bargaining agreements, the implementation of business reorganisations, negotiation of settlement agreements, drafting employment contracts, implementation of remuneration and profit sharing and savings plans.
