Crabb focuses his practice on corporate finance and securities matters including merger and acquisition transactions, public and private securities offerings, and counseling corporate officers and directors. Mr. Crabb has significant experience with a wide variety of transaction structures across a broad range of industries including matters for private and public clients. Mr. Crabb has been a presenter and panelist at several seminars including “Disclosure Issues,” sponsored by Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and “Evolving Issues of Stock Compensation,” sponsored by KPMG LLP. He was also a member of the judges panel for Innovation Challenge, sponsored by Thunderbird-The Garvin School of International Management.
