Jennifer Cosper focuses her practice on public finance matters in Arizona for cities, counties, school districts, community colleges, universities and other state agencies. Her experience includes researching and analyzing state and federal legal and tax issues and drafting financial documentation.
Prior to joining Squire Sanders, she was a summer law clerk for the Mesa City Attorney’s Office in Arizona and was exposed to a variety of legal issues facing local governments.
While attending law school, she was director of the Gonzales-Villarreal BRIDGE Program, an orientation program for first-year students, and she was awarded the Outstanding Senior Award by The University of Arizona Foundation in 2009.
Jennifer serves on the advisory board for the Joe Gibson Memorial Foundation and the Phoenix Recent Grad Committee for The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.
Jennifer is a member of the Arizona Bar Association.
