- Advised Melorio plc on the recommended cash offer by Pearson plc (£99m).
- Advised Charterhouse Capital Partners on the disposal of Lucite International ($1.6bn).
- Advised the shareholders and management of Polypipe on the secondary buy out backed by Bank of Scotland Corporate.
- Advised EPIC Private Equity on its portfolio investments including Nexus Industries, Palatinate Holdings and Indicia.
- Advised EPE Special Opportunities on its portfolio investments including Whittard of Chelsea, Past Times and Morada.
- Advised Inflexion Private Equity on the MBO of Griffin Global.
