Jae Park has experience in a wide variety of business transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, corporate governance, corporate law and general business matters.

Jae’s M&A experience includes advising public and private companies regarding the structure and implementation of joint ventures and strategic alliances.
Jae also represents private equity firms in public and private leveraged buyout transactions. He is experienced in drafting and negotiating principal transaction documents including merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, subscription agreements, stockholder agreements and other ancillary documents. He also counsels clients on post-transaction matters and has experience advising clients on securities matters.
