Intermodal Transportation
Our transportation, shipping and logistics practice involves all aspects of intermodal transportation including terminal agreements and acquisition of intermodal chassis, containers and trailers, as well as interchange of such equipment under the Uniform Intermodal Interchange and Facilities Access Agreement. We advise clients on establishment of chassis pools, carrier agreements, owner-operator lease agreements, transportation of loaded and empty equipment by rail and motor carrier, terminal operations, US Coast Guard and Customs and Border Protection issues, marine construction disputes, casualties, and crane and equipment procurement and financing.
