Ignacio Gurpegui Lawyer

Ignacio Gurpegui is member of the international dispute resolution and intellectual property practice group since December 2010. Ignacio’s practice is focused mainly on counselling and litigation in Intellectual Property, as well as in Information Technology and Data Protection matters

Ignacio is a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2010 and has a Law Degree from the University Complutense of Madrid. Additionally he has a Master in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law (L.L.M) from the University of Alicante, as well as a Master in Internet Law, New Technologies and Communication (L.L.M) from the European Institute Campus Stellae.

Prior to joining Hammonds, Ignacio worked in the Intellectual Property Department of several Spain-based law firms. His experience included working at the European Patent Office in Munich, specifically in the Legal Research Department.
