Ignacio Domínguez is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group of Squire Sanders. His practice focuses on assisting real estate companies and other clients in matters relating to the purchase and sale of real estate assets, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings of international and local real estate groups and commercial law. In addition, he assists corporate clients in general business transactions as well as, corporate governance and drafting registration statements.

Ignacio has prior legal experience at a law firm in Spain where he specialized in real estate transactions and city planning law.

Representative Experience

• Advising international real estate groups on the commercialization of real estate assets in Spain including leases and land use assignments for shopping malls.
• Providing counsel to corporate clients in day-to-day matters including incorporation of legal entities, corporate compliance, board and general meeting regulations and shareholder agreements.
• Advising clients on corporate and non-corporate joint ventures relating to construction and civil engineering projects.
