Izoduwa Ebose-Holt focuses her practice on labor and employment issues including litigation, union grievances, arbitration and school law. Izoduwa represents employers in termination and employee discipline matters, and claims alleging age and gender discrimination in state and federal courts. She also represents private sector clients, school districts and other non-profit entities before the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
Izoduwa serves regularly as a hearing officer for student discipline matters, and presents on labor and employment topics at client seminars, trainings and workshops.
While a student in law school, Izoduwa served as secretary of the Black Law Students Association and was the recipient of several awards including the John Wragg Kellogg Prize and two Anderson Publishing Company Book Awards for excellence in civil procedure and contracts.
Prior to law school, Izoduwa was a sales supervisor for a national industrial supply company.
Izoduwa is a member of the American and Federal Bar Associations.
