Jane Bullen, Partner, qualified in 1990 and has over 20 years of experience as an employment lawyer.
Jane advises clients in various and numerous sectors, including the airline industry, medical research, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, utilities, insurance and financial services, a number of which have businesses headquartered abroad predominately in the US. This covers the full range of Tribunal based claims, particularly discrimination, as well as High Court litigation primarily focused on the enforceability of post termination restrictions and protection of confidential information.
Jane also provides bespoke training sessions from her clients designed to update and empower Managers as well as the in-house Legal and HR teams.
Jane is ranked annually in Chambers and Legal 500 as an experienced, practical and commercial employment lawyer.
