Helen Seed is the Professional Support Lawyer for the real estate team (not the planning or construction teams) within the Real Estate Practice Group. She keeps fee earners up-to-date with technical developments in UK property law, produces intelligence notes on technical issues and matters of practice, maintains the precedent and intelligence bank, produces updates for fee earners on case law and practice, arranges legal training for fee earners, supervises the production of client alerts by fee earners and liaises with external suppliers of property information, such as search providers. She is a member of the Association of Property Support Lawyers.
