Helen Scholey's practice focuses on general commercial, corporate and financial services disputes.

Helen has acted for both claimants and defendants in formal court proceedings in the English High Court and County Court, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediation and without prejudice settlement meetings.

Helen has acted for a wide range of clients including clients in the retail, financial, legal and industry sectors.
