Guillaume Jarry’s expertise covers a large variety of corporate transactions such as merger and acquisitions, transfer of business, buy outs, minority or majority investments and joint ventures. His practice also focuses on management incentive schemes.

Prior to joining Squire Sanders in September 2010, Guillaume worked in the corporate and finance department of an international law firm in Paris for five years. He also worked as a paralegal in the New Orleans office of a US-based law firm.
