- Advising The Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC, Barclays and Lloyds TSB in relation to the £129m buy out of the Warwick International group.
- Advising Lloyds TSB in relation to their ongoing funding of the expansion of the Perspective Group through share and business acquisitions.
- Advising Montagu Private Equity on the banking aspects of its £280m sale of Survitec, the marine and defence equipment group.
- Advising RBS Invoice Finance in relation to their asset based lending facilities to assist in the refinancing of the Crown Paints Group.
- Advising Barclays, HSBC, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds TSB in relation to their debt facilities to the Jemella Group, owners of the GHD branded hair straighteners.
- Acting for a private equity provider in relation to their MBO of one of the UK's leading designers, importers and distributors of children's dressing-up costumes.
