Gonzalo Pando has been practising for more than 10 years in all business and transactional law related fields. This has allowed Gonzalo to gain a wide experience in a diversity of specific areas of practice, mainly on general corporate law. Gonzalo has carried out his professional career in Madrid, New York and Barcelona where he is currently based.

Gonzalo’s day-to-day work involves the representation of a diverse range of businesses – chemical companies, publishing companies, manufacturers of all sort of products, etc –  holding  Secretarial and Legal Adviser positions to various companies’ Boards.

Gonzalo carries out all sort of corporate law related tasks, including incorporation, conversion, spin-off and winding-up of companies; preparation, follow-up and closing of all kind of corporate related business (M&A, pledge of shares; commercial agreements; assignment of rights; business regarding trademarks and other intangible assets) and managing of due diligences preliminary to acquisitions’ processes.

Other areas of practice where Gonzalo has achieved considerable knowledge and experience include the management of litigation issues, and procurement matters involving contracts with Governmental entities (both local and nationwide). His skills also include competition law matters, assessing transactions of all kind from a competition law standpoint.

Gonzalo has an active role in non-profit organizations.
