Gergely Ober drafts memoranda, prepares contracts and performs and translates legal research. He also prepares and edits certificates of incorporation needed for the formation of a company.

Gergely began his career as a law clerk with a firm in Budapest and joined Squire Sanders as a law clerk in 2008. Upon completion of law school, he was named an associate.
