• Defending a London-based sporting federation on an unfair dismissal claim brought by a Perth-based employee in Fair Work Australia.
• Advising a Perth-based technology company on the variation of an executive employment agreement.

Industrial relations law

• Preparing an industrial relations and employment relations management plan for an energy company to cover its workforce engaged on the Gorgon LNG Plant on Barrow Island.
