Felicity Clarke provides strategic advice to companies and local government clients on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment and industrial relations law. Felicity has advised clients in the mining industry on risk management strategies concerning occupational safety and health laws.
Felicity is the author of several legal and business features for a London-based publishing house, whose publications are circulated throughout Europe and North America.
Felicity is a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Western Australia, the Australian Human Resources Institute and The Law Society of Western Australia.

- Advising a geotechnical company on its options for protecting employees from being poached while on secondment and preparing a secondment agreement to put those protections into effect.
- Preparing termination agreements and deeds of settlement for departing executives at an energy company.
- Defending a London-based sporting federation on an unfair dismissal claim brought by a Perth-based employee in Fair Work Australia.
- Advising a Perth-based technology company on the variation of an executive employment agreement.
Industrial relations law
- Preparing an industrial relations and employment relations management plan for an energy company to cover its workforce engaged on the Gorgon LNG Plant on Barrow Island.
- Providing strategic advice on the application of the federal government's industrial reforms to local government clients.
Occupational safety and health law
- Advising an energy company on the harmonization of safety and health laws through an interactive workshop with management level staff.
- Advising a mining company on its post incident investigation and preparing witness statements in the event of any prosecution.

- Defending sexual discrimination proceedings in the State Administrative Tribunal for an insurance client.
