Emily Wallerstein focuses her practice on corporate and litigation matters.
Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Emily served as an extern for The Honorable Chief Judge Alex Kozinski of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, where she researched and drafted bench memoranda on a variety of issues including Fourth Amendment search and seizure, habeas corpus, securities fraud and environmental law.
During law school, Emily was a quarterfinalist in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, and received an award for best brief in the competition.
