Ewa Lis focuses her practice on real estate matters. Her experience includes the analysis, negotiation and drafting of agreements to acquire property; setting up and withdrawing security and burden on property; and advising and representing clients in land and mortgage register proceedings.

Ewa also has experience with many aspects of construction law, such as zoning, land use, public investment and development agreements. She is also familiar with general corporate and labor law issues.

• Providing legal advice to large multinational retails chains on all aspects of acquiring, leasing, constructing and outfitting sites.
• Providing legal advice to large international shopping mall operators on commercial premises lease agreements, tenancy agreements, sale agreements and negotiating and re-negotiating real estate agreements.
• Providing legal advice to a real estate developer in terms of current legal services and protection against claims from the preliminary agreement covering the whole range of investments.
• Conducting due diligence on a shopping center transaction and preparing preliminary contracts of sale.
• Advising on matters relating to the “Warsaw decree” real estates.
• Providing legal advice on the acquisition of the assets of the Gdynia Shipyard.
• Advising a client on the extension of a special economic zone in an existing manufacturing facility.
