Jonathan is a partner in our Corporate Strategy & Finance (Corporate Finance) practice and is Head of the Leeds office. His particular expertise covers private equity (including MBOs, MBIs and IBOs), mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Jonathan has won the "Corporate lawyer of the year" award four times in the Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards.

Jonathan is listed in the 2012 edition of Chambers and Partners' Chambers UK as a leading individual for private equity, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. He is also listed in the most recent publication of the Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom.
