Emily O’Mahoney’s experience includes drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of construction contracts, as well as advising on tender processes and documents. Emily is experienced in dispute resolution through mediation and negotiation and has previously conducted risk reviews.

Emily has been involved in numerous transactions and projects relating to the mining industry.

Emily is a member of The Law Society of Western Australia.
