Elena advises on protecting intellectual property rights in the Russian Federation, focusing on issues of trademark registration and industrial designs registration. Elena is experienced in intellectual property rights registration, licensing and assignment agreement registration with the Russian Patent and Trademark Agency. She represents the interests of clients in the technology and manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Elena worked as a trademark agent for several international law firms.
