Edyta Dubikowska focuses her practice on individual and collective labor issues including representing clients in litigation in two main areas, real estate and construction, and on data protection issues and administrative law.

She is the author of many articles on labor and employment law and an experienced labor and employment law lecturer for employers, trade unions, human resources departments and the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. She also has experience in the implementation of EU law.
