Edward Kim’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and commercial matters. Edward has worked on numerous matters related to the electronics, telecommunications, high-tech and logistics industries. His experience also includes Korea-related matters in the banking, consumer products and energy industries.

Edward spent his childhood in Korea and has worked in the United States, Hong Kong and Japan.
