Dana Weiss focuses on general public finance matters. Her experience includes the structuring and documentation of initial and refunding financings for cities, villages, counties and school districts including issuances of general obligation bonds, revenue bonds and certificates of participation. Dana has specific experience with tax exempt bond issues used to finance and refinance projects of public universities, including Bowling Green State University, Cleveland State University and The University of Toledo. She also has experience with port authority economic development bond financings.
