David J. Millstone served as the firm’s labor and employment practice coordinator for 15 years. He has significant experience in all aspects of private and public sector employment law including collective bargaining, grievance handling, labor arbitration, general employment counseling, employment litigation, national and international labor and employment issues, Fair Labor Standards Act litigation, union avoidance, employment discrimination, employment termination, executive contracts, executive terminations, and merger and acquisition issues. He has been consistently listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers and in The Best Lawyers in America for more than 10 years . He has also been named an Ohio Super Lawyer.
Mr. Millstone was editor of the Ohio and Federal Employment Law Manual and co-author of Wages and Hours – An Employers Guide, two publications of the American Chamber of Commerce.
In addition to numerous professional bar associations, Mr. Millstone is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, and the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. He is the National Education Chair of the Anti-Defamation League and a member of its National Executive Committee. He is also a founding member of the board of trustees of Power of the Pen.
