We also recently represented the Special Litigation Committee of the Board of Directors of Station Casinos.
In the UK, we have extensive experience in advising management on options for reorganizing distressed businesses by either negotiating informal restructurings with financiers or using formal insolvency procedures including company voluntary arrangements, administration or receivership. We have represented management of the Envy/Faith Group, Newtown Vehicle Rentals, Greenwoods Menswear, Adams Childrenswear, AP Hydraulics, A H Marks, Swayfields Group (Extra Motorway Services), John Holdsworth & Co., Octavian and CLC Finance.
