Stephanie Duffy focuses on real estate, real estate finance, commercial lending, new market tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits and low-income housing tax credits.

Stephanie represents investors, funds, financial institutions and developers in the acquisition, financing, sale and disposition of real estate developments. She also represents lenders and borrowers in all aspects of commercial and real estate lending. Stephanie assists direct investors and syndicators in the acquisition of equity interests in new markets tax credit, historic rehabilitation tax credit and low-income housing tax credit projects and community development entities awarded new markets tax credits.

Stephanie was selected for inclusion in the 2011 and 2012 editions of Ohio Super Lawyers – Rising Stars, a recognition that she is one of the top up-and-coming lawyers in Ohio.

Stephanie is a member of the Emory University Alumni Association. She is also a member of the American and Columbus Bar Associations.
