Steven Doi’s practice focuses on general corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, project finance and investor-side venture capital transactions. Steven is listed in the 2009 edition of Asialaw Leading Lawyers and the 2009 and 2012 editions of The Best Lawyers in Japan for his mergers and acquisitions expertise.

He has served as counsel in public and private company transactions in various jurisdictions including the United States, Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, New Zealand, Australia, the Philippines, United Kingdom, Belgium, France and Germany. Steven also has counseled clients in independent power projects, privatizations and other related energy and infrastructure projects in the United States, Japan, China, Thailand, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.
