Marshall S. Sinick

Marshall Sinick represents airlines, aviation-related businesses and civic organizations. His broad range of experience includes representing aviation clients before the US Department of Transportation, Department of State, Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Justice, US Senate and House of Representatives and various federal and state courts.

Sandy’s experience includes advising airlines and aviation-related businesses on a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate matters including antitrust counseling and investigations, marketing alliances, codeshare agreements, acquisitions, route sales and computer reservations systems. He defends airlines and aviation-related businesses in commercial litigation and administrative enforcement proceedings and counsels on global aviation issues involving the United States and non-US governments.

Sandy has been involved from both a criminal as well as civil perspective in advising a major carrier in one of the largest airline price-fixing investigations.

In Chambers USA, Sandy is named a national leading lawyer in aviation regulation. He is also listed in Who's Who Legal 100 2014 for aviation and the 2008 edition of Legal Media Group’s Guide to the World’s Leading Aviation Lawyers.

Sandy served as chair of the American Bar Association’s Aviation Law Forum in 2006, as panelist at the International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) 2006-2009 annual Legal Symposia and as chair of the Latin American Civil Aviation CEO Conference from 2001 through 2006.
