Marshall S. Sinick
Marshall Sinick, leader of Squire Sanders' Aviation Practice Group, represents airlines, aviation-related businesses and civic organizations. His broad range of experience includes representing aviation clients before the US Department of Transportation, Department of State, Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Justice, US Senate and House of Representatives and various federal and state courts.
Sandy’s experience includes advising airlines and aviation-related businesses on a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate matters including antitrust counseling and investigations, marketing alliances, codeshare agreements, acquisitions, route sales and computer reservations systems. He defends airlines and aviation-related businesses in commercial litigation and administrative enforcement proceedings and counsels on global aviation issues involving the United States and non-US governments.
Sandy has been involved from both a criminal as well as civil perspective in advising a major carrier in one of the largest airline price-fixing investigations.
