Intellectual Asset Management Law Firm Patent Quality Rankings

Squire Sanders ranked fifth in health care patent quality and 19th overall in patent quality in a ranking of law firms listed in the March/April 2010 issue of Intellectual Asset Management. The rankings were derived from metrics provided by its patent ratings partner Ocean Tomo that reflect the likelihood that the patent would be maintained for its full statutory term–a key indicator that the patent provided value to the patent holder.
