David Kreutzberg focuses on real estate transactions for developers, institutional and other investors, and other property owners. His practice includes acquisitions and sales, development agreements and related matters, commercial leasing, construction contracting, subdivisions and condominiums, lending and other finance matters, and corporate/entity issues with respect to shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties, apartment projects, hotel, resort and golf course developments, residential developments, timeshare and fractional interest projects, and raw land properties. David is listed in the 2012 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. He has also been selected by his peers for inclusion in Southwest Super Lawyers, a distinction honoring the top 5 percent of lawyers in the region, each year since 2007.
David has been principally responsible for the creation of project documents for several large mixed use and public-private joint development projects. He also represents a large Arizona homebuilder.
David serves as Arizona counsel for the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), the Washington-based trade association voice for the fractional ownership and timeshare industries.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals.
David is a certified specialist in real estate for the State Bar of Arizona and is a member of its Real Property Section.
