Whitney Todd focuses her practice on all aspects of environmental law with particular emphasis on litigation of complex environmental matters.

Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Whitney served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Debra Todd of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and The Honorable Sheldon Gardner of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.

She is a member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.

• Participating in the ongoing defense of a paper industry leader in Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) cost-recovery and contribution litigation.
