Sara Santoli's practice focuses on general labor and employment issues as well as school law. Sara represents private sector employers in matters arising under Title VII and claims dealing with termination and employee discipline matters. She also represents school districts in employment and special education matters.

Sara has worked extensively on labor matters for a major public sector client. This work has included multiple arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges. She has also successfully negotiated public sector labor agreements.

Sara is a member of the American Bar Association and the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association.
