Stephen Mahon is the firm’s Global Managing Partner. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and hedge fund investing and corporate financing activities. He also provides advice to clients, including boards of directors, on matters such as corporate governance, securities law, strategic investments and joint ventures. Prior to becoming the firm’s Managing Partner, Steve held a number of other leadership positions within the firm including as Global Business Practice Leader, as a member of the firm’s Management Committee from 2004 through 2008, and as chair of the firm’s Private Equity Practice Group.
Stephen is a member of the Board of Directors of the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden and several privately held corporations.
