Rodney R. Rodney has more than 30 years of experience in complex and multidistrict litigation including several lengthy jury and bench trials in several jurisdictions. He also has substantial international and US alternative dispute resolution and appellate experience. For the past five years, he has been named in San Jose Magazine’s list of top civil litigation lawyers in Silicon Valley and has been selected each year since 2009 as a Northern California Super Lawyer – a distinction recognizing the top 5 percent of lawyers in the region.
