Roger Gold’s practice focuses on securities and multidistrict consumer product class actions, in addition to general business, product liability and securities litigation. His experience also includes representing clients in matters brought under the federal False Claims Act. In addition, Roger has represented oil and gas clients in tax and royalty litigation including a seven-month administrative hearing before the Alaska Department of Revenue.

Together with other firm lawyers, Roger serves as national counsel for a major Japan-based corporation, coordinating product liability and other matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States. As part of this representation, he was involved in the defense and settlement of a major securities fraud class action involving claims by a putative worldwide class of shareholders who allegedly purchased ADRs and common stock of the client on US and Japanese securities exchanges.

Roger is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland Hebrew Schools and a past member of the UJC National Young Leadership Cabinet.
