Peter Teluk, managing partner of the Kyiv office of Squire Sanders, represents investors in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance matters and real estate transactions. Peter has served as the Ukrainian general counsel and member of the management team of a multibillion-dollar fast moving consumer goods company with manufacturing facilities in Ukraine and has served as the general counsel of a publicly listed company.
