Judit Nádor focuses on corporate and employment law. She has a wide range of experience in merger and acquisition transactions and general corporate law and has participated in numerous privatizations and company acquisition procedures.
Judit has extensive employment-related experience. In addition to drafting employment agreements for executives and ordinary employees, she is skilled in advising on the termination of employment agreements and collective redundancy matters.
