Gregory Viviani focuses his practice on employee benefits. He has experience in all aspects of employee benefits law and related income tax matters including ERISA requirements, tax-qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, fringe benefits and employment taxes. He has particular experience in matters relating to governmental bodies and tax-exempt organizations.

Gregory is frequently invited to speak at seminars held by the Ohio Association of School Business Officials, the Government Finance Officers Association and other organizations. He also has been a speaker at legal conferences sponsored by the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network (WEB).

Gregory is a member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation and WEB. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.
