Carolyn Buller is firmwide industry coordinator and a member of the firm’s Operating Leadership Group. Carolyn has more than 25 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, corporate counseling and corporate governance. She is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and The Legal 500 US.
Carolyn regularly leads large, international mergers and acquisitions. She has served as general counsel and corporate secretary for a leading chemical manufacturer and guided that firm during a complex and critical management transition involving litigation and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations.
Her complex corporate practice has also led private equity firms to call on her to arrange debt and equity financings as well as for her counsel and involvement in matters related to commercial and secured transactions.

- Representing OM Group in a US$100 million public offering of common stock, a US$30 million private placement of debt, a US$80 million merger, an acquisition in Thailand and joint ventures in Japan and Korea.
