She supports accounting and bookkeeping services, prepares and files annual financial reports and accounts, as well as tax declarations, and is in direct contact with Spanish tax and corporate authorities in order to assist clients with their related daily tax needs.

• Preparing and filing annual financial reports, accounts and reports for international groups with subsidiaries worldwide.
• Presenting on tax issues related to corporate income tax, withholding tax and value-added tax (VAT).
• Maintaining corporate minutes, record resolutions and shareholders’ books.
• Drafting corporate documents in relation to shareholder and board of director agreements, board member appointments, proxies, change of domicile, and cash and non-cash contributions.
• Drafting of deeds of incorporation and related documents including bylaws, proxies, name certificates and bank certificates for Spanish companies.
• Providing administrative support for structuring foreign investments in Spanish companies in different sectors such as oil and gas, fishing, real estate and tourism.
• Providing support for due diligence reviews.
