Squire Sanders is pleased to host a live webcast of the Practicing Law Institute’s (PLI) “Corporate Governance – A Master Class 2012” in our Cleveland office on February 15. The Dodd-Frank Act reflected a fundamental change in corporate governance. Since its passage, the US Securities and Exchange Commission has been busy passing rules required under the Act, many of which have had and will continue to have a profound impact on public companies and the securities markets.
