Corinna Buschtöns is senior associate in our International Dispute Resolution Practice Group based in our Berlin office. Her particular expertise covers commercial law, dealership and agency agreements, international private law and litigation, as well as company law and mergers and acquisitions. Corinna gives ongoing advice to national and international firms including contract drafting, negotiations in contentious matters and litigation.

Before joining Squire Sanders, she worked in the company law department of PricewaterhouseVeltins Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
